That’s why we prioritize leadership training in Pakistan, where we train the youth, evangelists, pastors, elders, missionaries, Sunday school teachers, and all who are willing to serve the Lord.

Under the leadership of Pastor Shakeel Din, One Vision Society aims to foster relationships with our constituents and the communities we serve. Focusing on educational aspects of the Church, we integrate discipleship, spiritual formation, and practical ministry training to help leaders prepare to strengthen the Church, serve the communities, and advance the Kingdom of God.

As a Christian charity in Pakistan, we aspire to raise leaders who not only are educators but transform into learners, and such learners who are also faithful, compassionate, and richly grounded in the Scriptures.

The Need for Leadership Training in Pakistan

The Church in Pakistan is undersized. Christians face the challenges of poverty, discrimination, and limited Christian resources. Senior and church leaders serve with no training or meaningful mentorship. Young Christians called to ministry often lack the direction to develop their gifts.

Our Leadership Training Vision

Our leadership training is unique in that it is practical and Christ-centered. We do not engage in offering secular studies or formal school programs. Ministry training based on the New Testament, designed to provide training for service and develop spiritual maturity, is what we do.

• Discipleship and Spiritual Growth – Cultivating leaders in prayer, Bible study, and holiness.

• Biblical and Theological Training – Equipping leaders to teach sound doctrine and to handle Scripture.

Missionary Training Center in Kasur

By God’s grace, One Vision Society has purchased 2 acres in Kasur, Pakistan. Our hope is to build a Missionary Training Center for the training, discipleship, and commissioning of pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and church leaders to be sent to every region of Pakistan with the Gospel.

This center will be a base for:

• Training Programs – Leaders in every domain will be trained in ministerial and biblical education.

• Missionary Development – We will mobilize missionaries to the unreached.

• Spiritual Retreats – Leaders will have the opportunity to rest and renew for the work of the Lord.

• Workshops and Conferences – Elders and discipleship leaders will have the opportunity to lead and equip others.

This training center is a Kingdom investment and will serve the body of Christ for generations.
